While vacationing on Martha’s Vineyard, we enjoyed the sunny weather and spent time at Lambert’s Cove Beach. The beach was a welcomed change from the Concrete Jungle, otherwise known as Manhattan.
I slipped into my neon striped swimsuit, by Vitamin A, my coverup, added a few jewelry pieces, and bolted out the door to help my family load the car. “Why are you wearing all of that jewelry to the beach?” my cousin asks. I wear jewelry everyday, regardless of where I am; especially the pieces I’ve designed. They inspire me to create, and encourage me to remember my passion as a designer. That day, I have chose the Ocean Blue Braided Bracelet, which I created from blue and white cording, braided together with gold chain. I also wore the Crystal Rock Cuff, designed from a gold bracelet, and clear, crystals.
We finally arrived, and I took a walk near the water with my husband. We took some playful photos along the way, as we laughed and splashed through the waves together. Finally removed from the city chaos, Lambert’s Cove Beach allowed me to think, to dream, and to be inspired.
