As I watch the sunrise, from the airplane window, I reflect upon our recent Babymoon to non other than our favorite destination, Maui.
Blow up your inflatable flamingo raft, grab a cocktail, and float on over. I’m sharing the best places and spaces that we loved during our recent trip to Miami Beach. I forgot that it was spring break, and it just so happened to be a convenient time to hop a flight. Let’s just say, it made for some fab people watching. That being said, I slipped on my flip flops and soaked up the sun in style. I spent days by the pool, with strolls on the beach, and evenings out, decked to the nines. We stopped at a few trendy restaurants for dates nights, evening pit stops for treats, and late nights out with friends. Ohh, and let me tell you about this cookie spot we found. It was my jam!
Pumpkin spiced latte season is just around the corner. Are you skipping to Starbucks yet? Well, I’m absolutely not. One thing you may or may not know about me, is that I absolutely despise the cold weather. I’m not a fan of pumpkin spiced lattes, I miss the green leaves once they change color, and flutter to the ground, and I hate sweater season. Bah humbug. Oh wait…wrong season, right?
What does “living your best life,” mean to you? It means something different for everyone. What are the things in your life that make you happy and can you make a list of those things? Give them one giant squeeze, stir yourself a cocktail, step into your fanciest party dress, and get ready for one wild ride. At least that’s the way I like to tackle challenges, so I challenge you to do the same.
It sounds like a simple task, and yet it’s an easy one to forget. There are places and spaces that help me to breathe much easier, and Maui is one of them. It’s quite the distance from NYC, but somehow, this place feels like home.
“Hi…I’ll have a margarita, on the rocks with salt. Oh, and the guac sounds delish. Put that on my tab too!” Vacation food really does have me at hello, but how on earth do you keep a bikini bod, while splurging on vacay? I’m no expert, but today, I’m sharing my own summer vacation fitness routine, while traveling.
Have you got a travel bug on your mind? So do I. Always! While I’m not yet an expert on the best beaches in Tahiti, or the the most scenic views of Iceland (although both are on my bucket list), I can share my expertise on my home, New York City. In the almost fourteen years that I’ve lived in this city, I’ve fallen in love with so many places which I’ll be sharing with you in my travel guide below.
Am I right? Each year, since I’ve lived in New York, we pack our bags for the journey back home for the holidays, however this year, we’ve got something sneaky up our sleeve. Our journey is two fold! Aside from Thanksgiving, and a long weekend with the fam, we’re traveling to a super sneaky, top secret destination for one, giant adventure. We can’t tell you when, we can’t tell you where, but we are beyond excited, and can’t wait to share.
Countdown to Labor Day weekend Beauties! Are you traveling over the holiday? Did you make fancy plans? If not, no worries. Today, I’m recapping my favorite places and spaces from our recent trip to Martha’s Vineyard. If you live in NYC, you can get there by train, and ferry in a pinch. Although it takes awhile, it’s great for a last minute get away. You’ll find the island to be quaint, charming, and ever so peaceful. So, buckle up and start to scroll. Here’s my list of must-see destinations to check out while vacationing on the Vineyard.
