A ClassPass to Peloton Cycle

We recently teamed up with ClassPass, the amazing fitness program that has quickly spread across the country. ClassPass is a fitness program, that allows members to experience boutique fitness studios throughout the city. They offer yoga, barre, Pilates, boxing, dancing, spinning, strength training, bootcamps, as well as many other workout options.

The great part about ClassPass, is the variety of fitness opportunities they have created for their members. The program allows you to explore your favorite workouts and try as many classes as you’d like. When it comes to fitness, variety is key. Your body adapts to the same workouts over time. It is important to keep variety in your workouts, to challenge both your mind and body.

It builds, muscle, strength, endurance, and most of all, confidence. When I workout, my mind focuses on goals and challenges that I aim to achieve in my life.
