Easy Breezy in Edgartown

August 14, 2013

While vacationing on Martha’s Vineyard, we spent an evening strolling through Edgartown. It is a beautiful, quaint little town on the water, full of white picket fences, lovely homes, and charming boutiques. The town is so picturesque. We walked through the shops, admired the boats, and dined at a wonderful restaurant called Alchemy.

The weather was perfect, with a slight summer breeze. I dressed for the occasion with white jeans, and a floral print blouse from Zara. I designed the Pastel Medallion Necklace, and Crystal Vermeil Earrings to accessorize my outfit.

The Pastel Medallion Necklace was created from a gold, vermeil medallion, adorned with pastel flat back crystals, and pearl beads. The Crystal Vermeil Earrings were made from diamond shaped vermeil pieces, and clear crystals.

I come from a family of girls, and we tend to stick together, often leaving the guys out of our plans. After dinner, an urgent sugar craving caused the guys to ditch us for a famous doughnut shop, called Back Door Donuts. It didn’t matter, because us girls had planned our own secret pow-wow. A stop at Murdick’s Fudge, juicy gossip, and ice cream in pj’s, definitely hit that sweet spot.
