Before we left for our trip to Maui, it was fashion week, and I was consumed with quickly piecing together several looks for fashion week events. By the time fashion week had ended, finding resort pieces for our trip became difficult. Luckily Victoria’s Secret has an amazing swim collection and I quickly fell in love with a pastel printed cover-up (similar here), that would be perfect for a day in the Maui sunshine. I already had a contrasting neon swimsuit (similar here), and knew the color would coordinate perfectly.
To accessorize, I found a fabulous ‘I Heart Maui’ tote, which completed the outfit. The pink in the tote bag pulled together several shades of pink within the outfit. The bag is from the fashionable clothing boutique, 22 Knots at the Four Seasons resort in Maui. They had such a gorgeous, colorful collection of designer swimwear as well as resort wear. I naturally wanted every single piece.
As you may have read in my previous post, which you can find here, we had the most amazing trip, spending time at the Four Seasons Resort in Maui.
One of my favorite parts of our trip, was spending time at the Serenity Pool, at the resort. The Serenity Pool is an adult only infinity pool, which overlooks the ocean, as well as the beautiful island of Lanai. There is a swim up bar, where you can order tropical cocktails, as well as lounge in cabanas to take cover from the sunshine. We spent time here every morning and it felt so peaceful.
After shooting photos by the pool that day, we played on the beach. I loved how the cover up swirled around me, with it’s pink tassels flying, as I splashed through the waves.
Our day spent by the pool was so much fun. I really tried to soak up every bit of nature that I could during our time in Maui.
