Spring is finally here…#celebrationstation! Although, it doesn’t feel like it in NYC, you may be out and about shopping for an upcoming Spring vacation. I’ve been running around the city, doing the same. However, I’ll admit, that I’ve found it quite the challenge to find a great selection of swimwear while shopping the stores this week. It’s definitely been frustrating, as I’m running out of time. Lucky for you, I’ve found a fabulous selection of swimwear pieces for you to order online.
Ok, I’m going to admit something embarrassing. When it comes to swimming, I’m slightly terrified of the ocean. Swimming pools, I do much better with, however when it comes to being active on vacation, you can either find me at the hotel gym or running on the beach (close to the water, but not actually in it.) I can be talked into walking into the water, but only until about shoulder level. I think it started at a young age, due to wearing contacts. I never wanted to get them wet and salt water is insanely uncomfortable.
Before we left for our trip to Maui, it was fashion week, and I was consumed with quickly piecing together several looks for fashion week events. By the time fashion week had ended, finding resort pieces for our trip became difficult. Luckily Victoria’s Secret has an amazing swim collection and I quickly fell in love with a pastel printed cover-up (similar here), that would be perfect for a day in the Maui sunshine. I already had a contrasting neon swimsuit (similar here), and knew the color would coordinate perfectly.
