If you know me well, or you’ve been following the blog for awhile, you know that I’m a lover of two things. I have a true love for all things that sparkle. As a jewelry designer, and style influencer, I live for glitz and glam everyday of my life. Now go to the opposite extreme, and I’m also passionate about fitness. I love putting my absolute heart and soul into my workouts, sweating through the excitement but also the stresses in life. I find my workouts to be healing and I’m lost without them. These two loves of mine, are my match made in heaven.
Do you workout solo? Do you have a fit fam? Are you overly obsessed with classes? I love all of the above. Sign me up for everything! If you’ve been following along over the past year, you know that I’m a fitness addict. This summer, aside from my typical workout routine, (which you can read more about here), I’ve also been loving my solo workouts in the city. They are so much fun, but also quite a challenge, because I need to self motivate. Some days, that’s easier than others. Am I right?
Fitness is a huge part of my daily routine. I recently began exploring new fitness classes, though the incredible program, ClassPass. For a monthly fee, ClassPass allows members to explore new fitness studios thoughout the city.
I always pack my bag for my busy days which include running to work, fitness classes, and post work events or parties. Here are several of my must-have products I keep in my gym bag. I hope you’ll give these a try. Feel free to share a few of your own favorite products with us as well.
We recently teamed up with ClassPass, the amazing fitness program that has quickly spread across the country. ClassPass is a fitness program, that allows members to experience boutique fitness studios throughout the city. They offer yoga, barre, Pilates, boxing, dancing, spinning, strength training, bootcamps, as well as many other workout options.
The great part about ClassPass, is the variety of fitness opportunities they have created for their members. The program allows you to explore your favorite workouts and try as many classes as you’d like. When it comes to fitness, variety is key. Your body adapts to the same workouts over time. It is important to keep variety in your workouts, to challenge both your mind and body.
