Get it? Got it? Good! I’m talking about some school girl sass. You know that buttoned up, crisp, clean look? The look resembles a uniform, but when paired together correctly, you can create a killer style that’s oh-so-chic.
Think about playing dress up. If you find yourself in a rut, with the same look per usual, use accessories, or design details to elevate your look. I found a gorgeous white, tweed dress, with a beautiful bow design detail at the neckline. The dress felt flirty, feminine, and Chanel inspired, with the black and white color scheme. It was simple, yet sophisticated, and definitely had a school girl vibe, which I loved. I styled the look with a black blazer (similar here), to make the dress transitional, as the temps are still a bit chilly here in NYC. To accessorize the style, I added my fave Valentino sunnies, (similar here), along with a mini, black Furla shoulder bag. I chose pointed pumps (similar here) to finish the look.
This weekend finally felt like spring in NYC! With a pep in my step, I slide into my pointy toe pumps, and fancy new dress, to take them for a spin. We spent time with friends, headed out for date night, took a stroll through Central Park (per usual), and stopped at the Met. The city was bustling, and it truly felt alive; just the way I like it. Hope you had a lovely weekend beauties. xx
