New York Fashion Week, my favorite time of the year. The runway goes up, and the fashion tents are alive again buzzing with designers, celebs, models, photographers and bloggers alike. True, Lincoln Center turns into pure chaos, with prima donnas clattering around in 5 inch Louboutins, large pouffy masses of fur adorn their shoulders, and the season’s hottest bag casually dangles from their arm. However, every season I can’t help but to be filled with complete inspiration by the endless work, complete dedication, and utmost creativity of each runway show. This season, I attended the Monique Lhullier, and Falguni and Shane Peacock runway shows. Check out a few of my favorite looks from their Fall 2013 collections.

Silver sequin embroidery, and an interesting use of mixed metals creates a futuristic look.
