One month post New Year’s, and the chill in the air has me running for my pjs, bunny slippers, and hot chocs. I love the marshmallows too…can’t help it. Of course we opt for the comfy and cozy, but what pushes you to hit the streets, conquering those fitness goals of 2018? For some, it can still be a challenge. The temps are figid and your bed seems oh-so-cozy, doesn’t it?
Fitness and nutrition are two very important parts of my life. Exercise is not only healthy for the body, but wonderful for the mind as well. It builds, muscle, strength, endurance, and most of all, confidence. When I workout, my mind focuses on goals and challenges that I aim to achieve in my life. It is my time to reflect, meditate and energize my mind, body, and soul. A strong body, and healthy mind go hand in hand.
I recently had the honor of hosting Elie Tahari’s Girls’ Night Out event at their 5th Avenue store. We spent several weeks planning, and styled two different party looks to promote the brand, as well as the event.
The evening of the party arrived, and I was so excited. As our guests entered the event, they were served wine, champagne, and hors d’oeuvres. The girls mingled and shopped the night away.
Happy Fitness Friday, Beauties! As the weekend approaches, I’d like to tell you about one of my greatest loves in life; fitness. As you know I’m a fashion girl. I love dressing up, playing with accessories, and attending fancy parties. What you may not know about me, is that fitness plays a huge role in my life. I’m sporty too, and I absolutely love it.
