We have teamed up with Kind Snacks to bring you an exciting, healthy giveaway! One lucky Sleepless in Sequins reader will win 1 box of 12 Kind Bars. You may pick the flavor of your choice. To enter, you must leave a comment at the bottom of this post telling us which Kind bar you’d like to try, along with your favorite work out.

Working out and eating healthy are two very important parts of my life. I depend on clean eating, and simple ingredients for my diet. My daily food habits directly effect how I feel and live my life each day. I like knowing exactly what my food is made of, and feeling confident that I am taking in essential nutrients and vitamins each day.

I have many favorite healthy snacks, one of which is nut mix. Kind Bars are the perfect snack to satisfy my cravings. They have a fabulous a variety of flavors, and are made with nuts, fruits, honey, and spices. Nuts are a wonderful healthy snack, because they are high in protein, low in sugar, curb your appetite for hours. They also help with portion control, for nut mix addicts like me. The bars are all natural, without any artificial ingredients.My daily schedule is hectic, so Kind Bars are perfect for a snack on the go.

I recently tried the Strong and Kind Bars. They are nutty and spicy, with a bit of a kick. If you love savory snacks, this is a great option for you. My favorite was Honey Mustard which is sweet, spicy and it’s packed with 10 grams of protein. I also loved the Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt, as well as the Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond bars. Both are amazing flavors which definitely satisfy a sweet craving. There are so many other flavors of Kind bars and snacks to try. We’d love to know your favorites.     I LOVE the dark chocolate cherry antioxidant Kind Bars! They are a divine treat and a great way to hear up for an intense workout. Have a great night !

    My favorite kind bar is dark chocolate nuts with sea salt. I have a variety of workouts I like but my favorite is a run outside, first thing in the morning, to help jump start my day. I usually follow the run with a few stretches and yoga poses.

    I’d love to try the Almonds & Apricots in Yogurt bars! and I love to do kickboxing or go running!

    I want to try the dark chocolate with nuts! Sounds super delish! My current workout of choice is barre. It’s a low impact workout that gives you great results.

    My favorite flavor would probably be the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter. I don’t really have a workout routine, but our family goes on a 2 mile walk every night and I do pushups and crunches every day.

    I want to try the Madagascar Vanilla Almond! My favorite workout is Pure Barre. I like to grab a Kind bar for a pre-workout snack. It gives me the healthy energy I need to last through class.

    I would like to try the PB Dark Chocolate KIND bar. My favorite workout routine is circuit training with bodyweight exercises, tire flips, and farmer’s walks.

    Pomegranate blueberry pistachio all the way!!! I love kind bars! I’m more of an eliptical/treadmill kind of gal with some light yoga/stretching in between!
